30 Temple Street Hosts Nashua's 24th Annual Winter Holiday Stroll
Great American Downtown’s Winter Holiday Stroll takes place each year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The event started small and through the years it has steadily grown. It is recognized as the largest community event of the year in Southern New Hampshire.
Each year, over 30,000 people from across New England visit downtown Nashua to enjoy this free and family-friendly holiday event. The evening kicks off at 5 p.m. with a candlelit procession up Main Street from City Hall to Railroad Square where the City’s official Christmas tree is lit. Much of the downtown is closed to traffic for the evening, so even after the tree lighting Strollers can enjoy the live entertainment, sample offerings from street vendors, dine in downtown’s fine restaurants and Shop Small at our unique specialty shops and boutiques.

30 Temple Hosts Nashua's 13th Annual ArtWalk
The largest and undisputed leading arts festival in the Nashua region, ArtWalk celebrates all forms of artistic expression, including but not limited to visual arts, performing arts, music, dance, theater, puppetry, culinary arts, body art, street art, graffiti, sculpture, paper crafting, and more! ArtWalk is presented to the public entirely free of charge by local, volunteer-led 501(c)3 nonprofit City Arts Nashua, whose mission is to support, strengthen and promote the Arts in the Nashua region. Come see local art, eat local food, hear local music, watch local performers, and walk around Nashua’s vibrant downtown, experiencing all that this area has to offer, in the city with the MOST public art in New Hampshire. Nashua, NH just won the 2017 Governor’s Art Award for Creative Communities - come see why!

ARTventures Public Art Project
Start the day at the Nashua Public Library for the opening of ARTventures: Comeback Kitchen Table public art project. More than 1,000 community members have given new life to discarded kitchen tables and designed 10 unique installations throughout downtown Nashua that explore the value of sitting around the table for food, conversation, and so much more!
An opening reception will be held in the newly renovated Chandler Memorial Wing of the Nashua Public Library from 12-1 pm on Saturday.

Update January 2016 - Thanks to your generosity, we completely filled every Toys for Tots collection box available at 30 Temple Street this year and delivered toys to very happy kids! Thank you for making a positive difference for children in Southern NH this holiday season.

Holiday Food Drive for Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter
Update January 2016 - We were able to deliver many donated items just prior to Thanksgiving, and brought over 3 additional truckloads of donations throughout December, helping the Nashua Soup Kitchen at a critical time of year with significant demand for services. Thank you for your generous giving!

Garage Project Completed - 30 Temple Street is pleased to announce that the garage reconstruction is complete. The upper parking deck, accessed from Temple Street, is now re-opened for visitor parking. Covered garage parking spaces are available for lease to tenants. Over 100 local and area artists will be exhibiting and selling their work on both Saturday and Sunday at 30 Temple Street, the Picker Building and 22 venues downtown. Fine art, crafts, quilts, jewelry, underwater photography, 3-D art and so much more.

Sculptors on Review – Art for the Garden, the Home, the Office
30 Temple Street Plaza – One block east of Main Street, Downtown Nashua
Meet over a dozen New Hampshire sculptors and artists that will gather to show and sell their work at this annual spring exhibition and sale. Plan on making an afternoon to visit with and support the artists, tour the Nashua International Sculpture Symposium’s five sculptures nearby, and visit the arts and media department at the Nashua Public Library next door. Bring the children along – there will be a special mural painting opportunity for kids ages 5 to 17. Admission is free.

Now, with a new owner on board, we will be focused on making sure we deliver what our customers have expected for the past 8 years and expanding to what our customers want for the coming years.
Situated inside 30 Temple Street, The Seedling Café customers have access to free onsite parking, local art, banking and ATM, as well as the assistance of concierge/security staff. It really provides a wonderful environment for a local restaurant.
- Downstairs Bathroom Renovation - As part of ongoing initiatives to make 30 Temple Street the most desirable and modern leasing-space in Nashua, tenants and guests alike will be happy to learn about exciting plans to update first floor bathrooms.
- Garage Project Commences - Parking is a major concern for new tenants, potential tenants, and the downtown Nashua community at large. With this in mind, R.J. Finlay & Co. has commenced with plans to renovate the underground garage at 30 Temple Street. It will takes approximately 4 Months until garage covered parking returns to service. All businesses will remain open during construction.
- Elevator Project Completed - Management is happy to announce that all elevators in the building have been returned to full-service. As a central part of extensive (and ongoing) renovation and rehabilitation at 30 Temple Street, R.J. Finlay & Co. hopes this update adds a new level of convenience to your day-to-day business.
